Paul Sims, Preaching Minister

Paul was born and raised in Columbus, OH and has been preaching at English Christian Church since August, 2016. Paul has his Bachelor Degree in Preaching Ministry from Lincoln Christian University (IL). He is married to Linda and they have two grown sons, Ryan (Hannah) and Nathan. He taught Bible and coached in Christian schools for 33 years. Paul has also served as preaching minister for more than 20 years prior to coming to ECC. He has also been on several mission trips including seven to Lipetsk, Russia. Paul is an avid sports fan (Go Buckeyes!) and enjoys playing the piano and accordion. The things that motivate and excite Paul are the compassion that the members have for each other and the surrounding community, and the vision to expand God's family here in the Carrollton area.
